TopWise has you covered when Tax Time roles around, with our QuickBooks Online integration. Simply connect to your QuickBooks Online account from the Settings tab. This allows you to export your invoices to QuickBooks Online with a few mouse clicks. Step 1: Open a Job Card that is ready to be invoiced. Step 2: Close the job using the "Close the Job" button located under the signature boxes in the Overview tab of the Job Card. (You will have to scroll down the page) Step 3: Click the "Send Invoice to QuickBooks" button located where the "Close the Job" button was. Step 4: Initially you will be asked to connect your account to QuickBooks Online. Follow the instructions to connect your account. Step 5: Fill out the Form and Submit Query. (Your Invoice will now appear in QuickBooks Online. NOTE: Your Customer Contacts must be present in QuickBooks for you to transfer the invoice across. A small company with just five service technicians could be missing out on a small fortune every year. You can put a dollar value on the figures. Here’s why. There are two way most trades companies run. 1) Technicians come to the office on Monday mornings and dump an average of 10-25 service sheets each on the poor service managers desk. 2) Technicians start everyday at the office, handing in paper work from the previous day and grabbing their jobs for that day. Simply import Supplier or Customer Contacts into the system by download the template provided for the applicable contact list, copy and paste your contacts into the spreadsheet. IMPORTANT: Each field has to be populated, otherwise the system WILL NOT import the contact.

Then you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and login.
